Injury.

Please do not scroll down if you don't want to see this.
Hueston fell down and bit his tongue. OUCH.
Everyone's fine now, but the combination of learning to walk and teething can have sad results.

Wordless Wednesday.

Thirteen Months!

Hueston celebrated by upchucking in his carseat, and also by doing this:

ETA: David wants to make sure everyone knows that he did not provide any assistance to Hueston during the filming of this video, no matter how close it looks like his hands were - no touchy! :)

Twelve Months.

Here's the final product - twelve months of onesie photos. I think we're at the point where H can wear the 24-month onesies as regular clothes now.

My Birthday.

(The following is a guest post from Hueston.)

June 24 was a very important day.

Mama and Dada say that last year, June 24 was good, too, but I don't remember much.

This year, Mama and I went to San Antonio with Aunt Connie on my actual birthday. We rode in the car for a long time. We saw Aunt Kris and Aunt Susie. They aren't really my aunts, but Mama says they're like sisters, so that makes them honorary aunts. Then we stayed in a hotel. Then we rode in the car again, all the way home, and I saw Dada.

Here is a picture of me with my Dada and Mama. I like them a lot.

When it's your birthday, you get to have fun. Sometimes people give you presents.

Mama says that she and Dada got me a swimming pool, but it has been raining a lot, so I have not gone swimming in it yet.

After that, Mama made me a cake. It had one candle on it. Dada and Mama sang to me. Then Mama blew out the candle.

I like having a birthday. I think that next year I will have another one.

Mom's milk, plain yogurt, Cheerios, banana puffs, apple slices, carrots, broccoli, chicken, flour tortilla, sweet potato and squash, apple and pear sauce, mozzarella and extra sharp cheddar cheese, banana, grapes

New decorations for Hueston's room.

We've been enjoying lots of rain lately. I mean really enjoying it.
